The production is supported by a completely new machinery plant of last generation for a total of 50 units including BIHLER, BOBBIO, OMD, HTC, MINYU, KORADI, ITAYA, CNC tridimensional machines, and also three-dimensional CNC MACSOFT machines as well as CNC robots that allow every automatic interventions.
We can develop tooling and special machineries with a specific Tooling-construction Department with CNC-Erosion tooling, milling cutters, lathes, supported by a CAD - CAM system.
Wire bent parts up to a Ø 13 diameter- squashed, punched, threaded with unlimited development.
Tube bent parts up to Ø 16diameter.
