Our quality area is supported by a software which manages together quality - production handling: the system which handles quality area is called Q-base and it is recognized by the most important car manufacturers (i.e. Geneal Motors). It works continuously with all the other company’s areas in respect of the acquired quality norms.
A bar-code system guarantees the production process and traceability of all the different batchs at every production step: a continuous monitoring of the production/quality is guaranteed by a specific pc-platforms which are available on all the different departments. This system allows us to check the production times and to handle the human resources sothat we can reach the best efficiency.
The total management is completed by a testing room which includes: torquemeter; dynamometer; profileprojectors, Dea 3Dsystem, etc…
FERPER SPRINGS’ investment policy, in spite of its young history, brought to the first quality certification after only 4 years from its foundation using the above management system as instrument for company’s development through the years.
